mobileML and MagMHJ L.L.C. will never directly distribute or copy your health data from HealthKit.  In addition, users can always toggle mobileMl's access to HealthKit data within the Settings app.  Networks trained with HealthKit data may overfit to the user's specific HealthKit data values, which are only shared/distributed if the user chooses to.
